Our process
We’d love to have a chat and hear about your project. Once we’ve got an understanding of what you require, we can book your on-site Consultation.
We take the time to visit your location, get to know you and understand your primary needs and ideas. From there we can create a formal design proposal including the fee estimate, and a follow up meeting to run you through the details.
From research and concept presentation to the initial budget forecast and schematic designs, we work with you and the relevant trades to capture your vision and turn it into a comprehensive plan that will guide the project to success.
Taking it all a step further with detailed drawings, we’ll get everything packaged up and ready to submit to the relevant trades for quotes and timelines. With quotes in hand we’ll go over the details with you and get your final go ahead so the project can roll into execution.
Time to get these wheels in motion. Once we do up the design program and schedule, the trades will get to work and we can place orders for the furniture and accessories. As everything comes together, we’ll have a weekly or fortnightly meeting with you so you can keep up to date with how it’s tracking from start to finish.
As you walk through the front door you’ll experience your new dwelling fully completed for the first time—time to pop the champagne! There will be a chance to check over everything and make sure it’s all as intended. At this point, we’ll organise styling and photography to capture it in all its glory. One month after, we’ll check in with you, attending to anything that might have come up, and again 6 months later. Time to enjoy your new space.
